These round baskets are handmade from dense, white cotton ropes covered in black mesh, intricately woven into a diagonal weave pattern, creating a gray and white checkered design. These cotton baskets look like white and gray baskets from afar, but up close you can see the gray hue is achieved through very fine textured black mesh over the white cotton. The ropes interlock into layers of smooth checkered knots throughout the baskets’ bodies, topped with 4” looped and braided curved handles that stay propped up, adding lively posture to these nesting baskets. Due to the handmade nature of this item, no two will be alike, there will be slight differences in shape, size, and color. The soft curves and gray tone perfectly suit any eclectic-styled space that likes the look of houndstooth and similar patterns, as well as bold textures. This item comes shipped in one carton.
